Before we hop into the Kerri questions, I want to mention that her name has popped up a couple of times. Candace Cameron Bure told us just how funny Kerri is and so has Lisa Whittle. I’m looking forward to meeting her in person and I had a blast talking with her on the phone.
We'll have a Kerri Pom great stuff giveaway later this week, so check back for the giveaway this Friday!

Hi Kerri and welcome to the Cruise Blog! We’re so excited to have you here. We have a few questions to ask you, but nothing painful, we promise.

Kerri, you’ve been on a GGA cruise, tell me what was your favorite part?

I was on the 2006 cruise, I think it was the 2006. It was like an all night slumber party. We sat up talking all night. And free food. We made an ice cream run at one o’clock in the morning. Free ice cream. I ate my way through the cruise. It was great.

What was the funniest thing that happened on the cruise?
I did my last show in my bathrobe. I was up on the stage in my robe. It was a comedy show / pajama party.

Well, I guess if it felt like a big slumber party why not dress like it was one, right?
That’s right. We women get all dressed up on this cruise. It’s a cruise for women, who are we dressing up for? I just decided that I would be comfortable on that last night.

What’s happening in Kerri’s world?
So much is going on. First, there’s our little one, Lucy. She’s ten months old. Check her out at http://www.littlemisslucy.com/.

Ron and I are working on I Love Kerri, TV show (check it out at http://www.ilovekerri.tv/)

I start filming a movie in September – Engaged, about a bratty bride-to-be.
And a book -- Guys Like Girls Called Jennie and more books are in the works.

Anything else on the horizon?
We're always in a season of asking, We're always looking for God's direction.
Ron and I are involved with a group who are committed to praying for Christians in Hollywood. We regularly get together for prayer. We hosted a recent meeting at our house and the turn out was incredible.

Ron and I recently worked on a project Hollywood on Fire about Christians in Hollywood, but I'll let him tell you more about that
(watch for Ron's interview later this week).

For that last question - tell us one thing about Kerri that most people don't know and wouldn't guess.
I'm an email addict. It's bad. I can't walk by my computer without checking for new email. And I love AOL -- I just love the "you've got mail" announcement. I sneak and check my email at night. Little Lucy sits on my lap while I read email.

(I tested Kerri's addiction - and she answered the email I sent within minutes. Of course, now I feel bad like I'm feeding her addiction).
Kerri is married to fellow comedian Ron McGehee, who we'll meet later in the week, but until then I want to share a great video with you.

This is the proposal.

I watch Young and the Restless and Comedy Central, Kerri is exceptional. I love the way she act in front of cameras, it just natural. I am a quite fan of this lady; I enjoyed your interview with her. I did not know she was in GGA cruise in 2006. I could imagine how she made the women laughing out loud with her comedy lines.

I agree with Candace! More Kerri -- and don't worry, there's more to come! We'll have a few more Kerri clips coming up on Friday.

Oh wow - the proposal is just *wow* I have no words. I was giggling at the "baby in the corner" (don't do it!) and then BAM!

Great interview Mary!

Thank you Kerri & Mary :-).

(I'm a wee bit addicted to that email/text message/comment posting thing too.)

Kerri had this great cartoon on her site that I wanted to blog about. I was going to email her (b/c I knew she would answer) but I couldn't find her email. SO, I'm hoping she'll be back over here to see comments and she'll give me the aok! (Or, Mary, I might need you to email her :P!!)
